We understand the needs of each individual are different. Thats why we provide custom nutritional programs for each patient. We will review each patients chart and develop a healthy meal plan so the family members/guardians will rest assured that all aspects of their loved ones is taken care of.

Our home has direct connections with medical teams and assistance to provide certain x-rays and lab work on site. This is helpful for those patients who are unable to or have difficulty in traveling to medical appointments.

For those patients who require occupational or speech therapy, we also have Doctors and Nurses available to visit our home and administer treatment/therapy.

Our home is affiliated with Home Town Physicians. We have nurses and Medical Doctors who come directly to our home to take care of our patients. This makes it easier and less stressful upon our patients as well as their loved ones.

We provide transportation to patients who are in need of transit to and from doctor appointments as well as rehab appointments for an additional cost.

All meals and snacks are provided in the home. For those who require special nutrition or supplements, we also provide a custom dietary plan fit to each individual.
